The thing is that this doesn’t stop there. Those days just fly by and so life just seems to happen around us with our heads just getting fuller and fuller with all those thoughts, experiences, and emotions piling on top of each other. And eventually that pile falls over. Now what?

When your friend’s home is a mess, you’re there for them, right? If it is too much for them to take on, you might even suggest for them to seek professional help to go through all the messy piles together, as it would be too overwhelming to tackle such a big task alone. So why would emotional clutter be any different?

That is where I come in. Psychological coaching is time for you to work through the emotional clutter away from the hectic influences from your daily life. A space where you come as you are, not to be ‘fixed’ but to gain self-understanding. Change will come naturally at your pace.
