Once the alarm blares at you in the morning, you snooze one time too many, rush to get ready, try to decide what to wear, stress over the meetings ahead, down a makeshift breakfast and out the door you run.
The thing is that this doesn’t stop there. Those days just fly by and so life just seems to happen around us with our heads just getting fuller and fuller with all those thoughts, experiences, and emotions piling on top of each other. And eventually that pile falls over. Now what?

If it is too much for them to take on, you might even suggest for them to seek professional help to go through all the messy piles together, as it would be too overwhelming to tackle such a big task alone.
