I was thinking about what kind of a coach I want to be, how I want to make people feel, and what they can come to me with. When working it out for myself, I came to the mental image of a dusty, heavy archive door closed shut. Behind the door is a mess of papers and books, covered in dust and cobwebs, and the lights don’t seem to fully work. A truly overwhelming sight. But that is exactly where my approach starts, going in together with my client to help look at every one of the dust-collecting papers step by step. Taking off the dust and starting to organize them into binders and get some fresh air in. While I hold the flashlight and duster and stay with you each step of the way. The approach I found that works best is Psychological Systemic Coaching.
Psychological Systemic Coaching is grounded in the assumption that everyone has the full capability to be self-actualized and be the architect of their own life. What does that mean for you? In our sessions, I am there to help you find out what lies below the surface, crawl deep into the archives to uncover long forgotten memories, and look at them together with a fresh mind. This can allow you to evaluate how they might influence you still today.
In order to start working with me, you don’t need to have a perfectly defined goal. What you do need is the willingness to look at yourself honestly, and I will be there to support you.
Psychological Systemic Coaching is a space for those who want to understand themselves and shape their lives with greater awareness.
